7:30 – 8:30pm – All ages intermediate/advanced (green to black belt)

5:00 – 5:50pm – All ages beginners (white to green stripe)

6:00 – 6:50pm – All ages beginners (white to green stripe)

7:00 – 7:50pm – All ages intermediate (green to red stripe)

8:00 – 9:00pm – All ages advanced (red to black belt)

9:00 – 9:50am – All ages/belt levels

Li'l Kickers Program

10:45 – 11:25am – Experienced (returning students, green stripe, blue stripe and red stripe)


Do your programs run all year round?

Our programs run from September to June. We also run a 2-day workshops in July and August for students in the Regular Program.


Where is it located?

We run classes out of two locations. The Li'l Kickers Program runs out of the Airdrie United Church Hall. The Regular Program runs classes during the week at the Goldenrod Hall and at the Airdrie United Church Hall on Saturdays.

Do you offer a trial class?

We offer a trial class with no obligation. If you feel Horizon is a good fit for you and your family, you would then pay the registration fee and monthly fee. 

What is the dress code?

During the trial week or when you first join you can wear anything comfy, such as a t-shirt and sweatpants. Shoes are not required as we train barefoot. . You are required to be in uniform for your first test (2-3 months).

What organization are you affiliated with?

Horizon is affiliated with the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF). ITF is the original Taekwon-Do developed by the founder, General Choi in 1955.  The ITF was established in 1966 to maintain the integrity of the art.  ITF is more philosophical and has standardized training worldwide.  The same things get taught here as anywhere else within ITF. We accept e-transfer for all payments.

How do I register?

Registration is completed online and must be done prior to your first class. Register online at www.horizontkd.ca/registration.
