Levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced
Our dynamic Regular Program for individuals with and without learning disabilities consists of three levels; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced and includes high-energy training mixed with traditional methods of Taekwon-Do. Students that want to be in the best shape possible while learning the dynamics of martial arts will love this program. No previous marial arts experience is necessary, but you do need to have a hard working attitude. You may also train with your children. Not only will students learn martial arts, but also character development, fitness, and Horizon Taekwon-Do will provide a positive environment for learning.
This program helps youth, teens and adults in making positive choices, meeting new friends and developing leadership skills.
The program focuses on the style of Taekwon-Do created by General Choi and has emphasis on:

Black belts who are enrolled in the advanced class are encouraged to attend the black belt class held one Saturday a month at the Airdrie United Church. For class information, visit Black Belt Class.
Students can join anytime throughout the training year from September to June.

6:00pm - 6:45pm – Beginner (white and yellow belt)
7:00pm - 7:45pm – Intermediate (green and blue belt)
8:00pm - 8:45pm – Advanced (red and black belt)
6:30pm - 7:15pm – Beginner/Intermediate (white to blue belt)
7:30pm - 8:15pm – Advanced (red and black belt)
9:00am - 9:45am – All levels
