What are classes like
Classes include warm up exercises, technical practice, flexibility training and exercises to improve overall health and agility.
In the Taekwon-Do classes for children and adults, you will learn the fundamentals of Taekwon-Do blocks, punches, kicks, patterns and self-defense. Practice will also focus on balance, coordination and conditioning exercises.
Who can join
Our classes are open to all levels of skill and fitness. Previous martial arts experience is not required.
Students can train in a t-shirt and pants
Bring a water bottle
